Refund Policy
Evergreen Life & Health Agency LLC wants you to feel confident in the service you receive from us.
What this covers. This policy applies only to service and administrative fees we charge directly. It does not apply to insurance premiums or payments made to carriers, which follow the carrier's own terms.
If you are not satisfied. Let us know within 30 days of the service date. We will review your request individually.
Billing errors. Tell us within 14 days of the charge. Verified errors are refunded in full.
Cancellations. Refunds for cancellations follow the terms of your service agreement. Please submit cancellation requests in writing.
How to request a refund. Email us with your name, the service in question and the reason for your request. We will respond within 10 to 15 business days.
What is not refundable. Services already completed under the agreement, missed appointments without notice, and cases involving fraud or misuse.
